WHO IS A MYSTERY SHOPPER
Mystery shoppers posing as normal customers perform specific tasks—such as purchasing a product, asking questions, registering complaints or behaving in a certain way – and then provide detailed reports or feedback about their experiences.
The information gathered usually involves employee performance, product quality and overall perception of the shopping experience. Our shoppers are both male and female. They come from all walks of life and different countries across the globe. They all share the common goal, a desire to improve the quality of customer service offered at present.
WHY DO RETAILERS NEED MYSTERY SHOPPERS?
The purpose of the Mystery Shopper is to provide the retailer with information on customer expectations and to enhance the employees’ awareness of the importance of good customer service. This in turn can help businesses increase sales. Through the reports we can provide a realistic picture to the retailer of how they are perceived by the customer. The reports also provide the retailer with suggestions on how to improve the service offered to the customer.
