Who Are These Mystery Shoppers?
They consist of a good mix of Dubai’s diverse ethnicity.
We ensure that they fit in as normal customers.
Each shopper is recruited and trained on their communication and observation skills, to ensure accuracy.
How Does Mystery Shopping Work?
DSES Mystery Shoppers are trained to meet the specifics of your business category.
DSES shoppers visit your locations as directed and conduct a normal customer enquiry and/or transaction under supervision.
The shoppers then complete a questionnaire custom-designed for your business category, which covers all customer service aspects of their visit.
Completed questionnaires are sent to us for an accuracy and quality review.
They are then made available to you immediately.
You review the reports with management and staff and plan the action to be taken.
Constant customer service standards measurement and feedback: members will receive 4 mystery shopper reports per year, helping members to identify strengths and areas for improvements.
High performing Outlets and Brands stand a chance being recognised by Government of Dubai and Dept of Economic Development.
Your management team will be invited to attend DSES Workshops, Seminars, Conferences on Customer Service such as the “Share Best Practices Conference and Exhibition".
DSES will endorse and promote all members as esteemed businesses supporting customer service initiative through the media, online marketing, website, etc.
Your business will benefit from the kudos, good-will and PR publicity of the DSES scheme.
You will be entitled to display the DSES logo on all registered outlets and marketing materials, you will receive DSES Material (certificate, trophy, window stickers and badges, etc).
DSES will keep you informed of the latest innovation & developments in customer service, retail and brand management.
DSES Service Quality Mark; will help you consolidate and reinforce the investment you have made in your business as a brand.
